I'm still confused. So Anglian Water's new sewage plant in Cambridge City Council is being built using taxpayers' money, £227m from govt's Housing Infrastructure Fund, and the Head of Major Infrastructure Planning at AW is married to the SoS for Health and Social Care. Is that right?
