A quick start guide created with the help of our partners outlines the transfer process for responders. Nebraska DHHS
Beginning in 2022, City of Lincoln, Nebraska awarded $12 million in ARPA funding to support workforce development & training at LNK nonprofit & educational organizations. University of Nebraska Public Policy Center evaluates program data & implementation for the city. About 870 people completed job training programs thus far.
