That plus the amazing music composed by Zach Robinson (who also did the incredible soundtrack for Cobra Kai!) gives the show a really particular sound that I'm very proud of.
.Sophia Paliza-Carre is a smart and incisive writer who finds a way to make details or snippets of tape you may have not realized were interesting into like whole worlds. Some of this tape is fuzzy and hard to hear and in her hands suddenly you are plunged into an intense chase scene!!
.Audrey Quinn is an unflappable editor who has kept the tone in check and without who certain sections would have been unlistenable!! Marlon Bishop as always is a master of structure and can so quickly figure out what a story needs
.Joaquin Cotler suggested really early on intercutting between new interviews about what happened with the archival tape of the suspects describing what happened years ago and that set up the whole sound for the show. It was so smart.
.Juan Diego Ramírez was doing saintly work by sending microphones back and forth to not the savviest tech people during this pandemic. Marialexa Kavanaugh has been an incredible intern. We have been so lucky to have her on the team.
LAist Antonia Cereijido Joaquin Cotler Juan Diego Ramírez Sophia Paliza-Carre Marlon Bishop Marialexa Kavanaugh Audrey Quinn Holy cow. I had to drop every thing I was pretending to be busy doing to listen to your Norco Robbery podcast. Extremely well produced. Fascinating to hear the voices of the actual participants. THIS is how you do a podcast. 👍👍👍👍
A beautiful (and glowing review) in Vulture for Anything for Selena Podcast ! vulture.com/2021/01/anythi…
Do you know when you listen to a true crime podcast and you wonder the whole time if they're going to interview the guy and they don't? Well Antonia Cereijido and Sophia Paliza-Carre GOT THE GUY. podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/cha…
Despite the extremely heavy themes of this show there were a lot of moments of levity and humor and beautiful writing that I am also super proud of in this story. I loved working with Sophia Paliza-Carre Marlon Bishop Audrey Quinn Joaquin Cotler Marialexa Kavanaugh and Juan Diego Ramírez.
I'm thankful to so many ppl! To the writing vortex generated with: Antonia Cereijido Audrey Quinn Marlon Bishop Joaquin Cotler to the support/writing/good vibes from Juan Diego Ramírez Marialexa Kavanaugh to the aces fact-checking from Amy H Tardif to the am-a-zing music from Zach Robinson, and to KPCC

Today, we’re taking action to remind management how important just cause is to us. We’re sending each other “Audacy rewards,” our company’s peer-to-peer rewards points, to flood the Audacy homepage with our message: “Just Cause! From Pineapple Street Union.” 2/
For over a year, the Pineapple Street Union has been bargaining our first contract with @PineappleMedia and AudacyCorp. We are so close to a good, fair contract, but management is still holding up the process by denying us three important provisions ➡️
BIG NEWS! Pineapple Street Union is proud to announce that our unit has RATIFIED OUR FIRST CONTRACT with Writers Guild of America East!
