CSPOT finally published! ahajournals.org/doi/pdf/10.116… Many ask why in experienced centers 50% of Deep Septal Pacing with QS in V1? To explain this we coined the terms Functional DSP and Anatomical DSP. We think that Functional DSP explains it Gaurav A. Upadhyay Pugal Vijayaraman #dontdisthehis

Functional Deep Septal Pacing -explained. The term coined to explain CSPOT results. No terminal V1 r despite perforation, yet selective capture @ programmed stimulation confirms LBB capture. Cause: dysfunctional LV conduction system in IVCD cases. #dontdisthehis #epeeps Pugal Vijayaraman

CSP after Krakow has been a success! Continuous monitoring of COI and QRS patterns has been a game changer to monitor lead progression. (1) Pt with new onset LBBB and cAVB after TAVR with successful LBBP; (2) HBP with beautiful physiological QRS (note the retrograde P waves).
