Bowen’s trying too hard to be a ‘good’ captain and to me he’s losing/lost his focus on his actual game, he’s just not captain material, anyone who’s played football would know that deep down. He should just be one of the star players and let him do what he does best.

I think he’s got a part to play yet and might be in front Pablo eventually as I’m not sure Pablo’s got enough pace for the prem, hope he proves me wrong. Been impressed with Taty though he’s given us a bit of grit which we’ve been missing.

If I was Palace & Bournemouth fans I’d be a little concerned now. Losing top scorers & a captain/manager isn’t ideal and if we can string a few wins together I think they could get pulled into this relegation battle, still plenty of time.
