Here, I share this highly specialized #ischemicVT #mapping and #ablation procedure of the left ventricle, featuring a substantial #scar on the anterior wall and an apical micro-circuit in the border zone of the scar. Performed by Marcelo Helguera using #LAM module and #optrell.

We should standardized the EGMs presentation/position on the screens. If the normal conduction system goes superior to inferior, and proximal to distal, why some EP operators presents the EGMs in reverse order ?, eg. cs1-2 on top and 9-10 bottom, don’t like that, it’s not natural

Edmond Cronin Dr. B We been doing atrial septal pacing w the MDT 3830 lead with C315S5 sheet, and it’s difficult to find a consistent P wave morphology that can assure that we are capturing Bachman’s bundle. I think it’s all speculation.

#LVAD #VT #ablation lowering RPM to the minimum to maintain peripheral perfusion increases LV chamber volume and helps mapping. How low do you go. 4200 rpm seems to be low enough, still keeping perfusion (I check Lactic acid during the case , if start increasing is a warning sign
