The #meditation was incredibly beneficial for relaxation. Lesley-Ann Wylie RN QN and I have discussed a few times how people may assume someone won’t enjoy it or it won’t work and today I think everyone was surprised by just how beneficial it was and how quickly people relaxed #carehomes
