We finished field work for #PolVole and other projects. We sampled 250 rodent individuals belonging to 7 different species at Mazury Lake District to study host-parasite interactions, rodent-borne diseases and biodiversity. It was a pleasure to stay 8 days in #Urwitalt 🐭🧬🦠🧫

We screened 90 wild red deer 🦌 individuals in 🇵🇱 to assess possible infection and #SARSCoV2 spillover. We did not detect evidence for the infection. Kudos to the team 🇵🇱 🇫🇮 Martyna Krupińska Ravi Kant Łukasz Rąbalski Aleksander Goll Tarja Sironen Tomas Strandin
