Day 359 of living with #LongCovid & 35 days since 1st dose of covid vaccine

Still got issues. Energy still much less than how I felt before vaccine

Lots of dizziness/nausea for past 2 weeks - GP prescribed me medication (Prochlorperazine) that helps to control those symptoms

Spoke to GP over the phone. Suspects issue in my ear regarding balance, exercises given to help restore equilibrium. GP doesn't know if this has been triggered by vaccine but asked me to report all my post vaccine issues using yellow card reporting system, just in case

Without the medication then I feel dizzy just looking at a computer screen or even just eating my meal. Dizziness not entirely gone with meds, but probably 80% gone. The constant nausea all day wasn't fun either, but the medication seems to have made that go away.

Have also got a hissing sound in my ear 24 hours a day (Tinnitus), but I think that started before the vaccine. GP says to call back in a week if I've still got issues with dizziness
