Butterscotch’s two favorite places are when she steals my side of the bed (not Amanda’s) and the bar up the road where they give her big bowls of water and constant attention. Seems good to me.

On the 29th we went out for a fancy meal as our last “free” evening without the massive responsibility of caring for Butterscotch, our new Great Pyrenees Labrador mix. She’s 3.5 months old and is incredibly well behaved already. Our little family is growing and I’m so happy!

An hour before I take my 17 year old baby to get put to rest. The last 24 hours have been some of the most painful grief I’ve experienced. I cannot thank her enough for all the love she brought into my life.
