Another budding singer from #Shenzhen takes the stage to bring us a performance. Thank you to YVconcerts China Group for helping us to put so many #Chinese cities on the map for our young people here in the UK to discover - not to mention all the young people who share a love of singing
We have just sung #powerinme with our #Chinese group! So well done. So good to see you. Thank you @Chopsticksclub Young Voices
Here’s a short video clip from the #China contingent; never mind the slight time delay via zoom or the doodling on one of the screens being shared ... we had a lot of fun! And plenty of #powerinme Young Voices Ben Lewis YVconcerts China Group @Chopsticksclub EngageWithChina
Thank YOU for inviting us to work with you on this inspired project for young people. You have enabled the creation of very many special memories for #lockdown 2020 & our Chinese friends were delighted to be invited to participate! YVconcerts China Group
Humbled to receive such thanks. We say THANK YOU to those children from across China who sang this morning & just before their bedtime to join Young Voices international choir at home. What a memory for these #lockdown times - and a really happy & energising one YVconcerts China Group
A great, final video cut produced by our zoom host & awesome coordinator in #China #powerinme Enjoy the pure energy, great English language skills & happy faces! Bravo! EngageWithChina @Chopsticksclub Young Voices YVconcerts China Group
Have you heard WelfareForHealthcare #MusicForTheSoul initiative? Inviting musicians representing all nationalities, genres, instruments & rhythms to contribute to a fundraising performance platform dedicated to #NHS & stimulating music making #Wellbeing cutt.ly/yzTE9ra The UK Association for Music Education: Music Mark
So important on many levels for young people to have music in their lives. Maybe #schools would enjoy participating in WelfareForHealthcare Music For the Soul project to stimulate music-making & fundraise for the #NHS ?Prep | Monkton BBC Hereford & Worcester Kate Justice Worcester Sixth Form cutt.ly/cxGX1Nu
There is value in cross-cultural interaction that languages enable but learning needs to be fun to foster engagement. Learning #mandarin through song boosts confidence, well-being opportunity. #ThankYouTeachers you go beyond! #MFL Music Teachers Association Mark Critchley Kimichi School
