Thanks to Christopher Rosa and our Public Works Department, the first flexible/porous pavement which will better protect the roots of the tree while still capturing the water source was installed today in City of Malden!

Special tree planting today and the reason was because it was to honor Forestdale School 5th Grader Claire Johnston who recently won the Arbor Day poster contest and was celebrated today by MassDCR, Christopher Rosa, Adam Weldai, and the school community!
