What a mess TalkTalk . Installed Full Fibre on 23 Jul. Never had Internet access. Lots of calls and 2 visits. Now the copper broadband has been shut off. No Internet and no sign of anyone with a clue on how to fix it. #shambles #totalmess

As we enter day 6 in the No TalkTalk Internet House we reflect on what has been achieved. 1. Over 6 weeks of failing to get the fibre connection working. 2. Terminating the copper broadband despite item 1. 3. No calls from managers to explain what is happening. Thank you.
