🏅More than 70% of the firms we surveyed felt decision-making at the local level was important to their future success.

🧱 While >60% feel that a more structured devolution process would deliver its full potential across the whole of the country. (2/5)

Despite this, we found a considerable knowledge gap among #UKmfg firms, with 46% unsure about whether they're part of a devolution settlement.

This means that many local business leaders are likely unaware of the full range of funding options & powers available to them. (3/5)

To help #UKmfg make the most of devolution, we're calling for:

- The combining of powers of Local Authorities & Devolution Deals into one Devolution Act.
- US-style ‘bond referendums’ to help Mayoral Regions raise funds locally for infrastructure projects.
