Five year old WEEZY joined us on the 6th April 2024. This handsome lad has settled in well and he has shown himself to be a gentle dog, with a quiet temperament😍

NELLIE, now known as 'ELLIE'
wasted no time finding herself a forever home. She is now living in the Hyde area with Tom and Pam, and their hound Dez. Described as a 'cuddly girl' she has settled well.

🌟BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS🌟

Today, 27th April, we celebrate the 6th birthday of the 'Makants 9' pups who arrived into our care in June 2018.

Sadly Makants 9 pup BOB sadly passed away due to Lymphoma in March this year, and we send our love to his family.

BONO, now known as PADDY, is living with Sophie and Callum in the Wigan area. He is their first greyhound - and what better lad to have than PADDY who was a perfect gentleman whilst in kennels. 😍

Congratulations to PADDY, Sophie and Callum.

🌟NEW ARRIVAL🌟

Three and a half year old RENLEY arrived with us on the 13th April, so is just settling in. More details to follow as we get to know him. @makantsgreyhounds

🌟FRIDAY FEATURE🌟

New arrival is teeny dot MIDGE who is just under two years old. MIDGE is small, even for a girl, tipping the scales at just 22 kg.

She has never raced and is a very friendly girl, full of beans and enthusiasm for life!

This sweet lad arrived with us in January and soon won the heart of our volunteer Nicola.

He's now living with her and Makants hound MINNIE in the Bramhall area.

Our much loved long stay 'goofball' Millie has found her forever home with Makants volunteer Sharon and her Dad Ken in the Biddulph area. Millie also lives with hounds Roxy, Cole and Marley.

It goes to show that good things DO come to those who wait.
