It's about the time Premier Jacinta Allan's work directly with our community to deal with youth crime issues. We don't want some bureaucratic youth justice committees and shit. We have experts in our community: lawyers, social workers and community leaders..etc, that can help.

A lot of time is lost and wasted on useless consultations (that are barely attended by people with knowledge of issues) and end up with futile reports. While it isn't solely the work of the government to resolve these issues, the government should directly involve the community.

I can't remember the last time any lawyers, sports clubs, social workers, were involved in the design of interventions to deal with these issues. Hacking to death two young children, in the most brutal way I've ever seen, is one any decent society should be outraged about.
