Can confirm that India’s first CDS Gen Bipin Rawat will be posthumously awarded Padma Vibhushan, India's 2nd highest civilian honour, at an investiture ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan on March 21. The govt announced 128 Padma awards on Jan 25.
