What is wrong with these agencies and brands? While big creating might be making huge money, micro and mid ones are

Startup idea: A cooling device cheaper than AC but expensive than a cooler. Should chill the room more than a cooler but less than AC. I am sure a massive chunk of middle-class would buy that product in this sweltering summer.
