Pts face delay of MULTIPLE years before they're even diagnosed

Its management is w/ coordination b/w various teams e.g. endocrine, OBGYN, Behav health etc.

Andrew D. Huberman, Ph.D. The six pillars of lifestyle medicine are
1) routine physical activity
2) healthy eating patterns
3) restorative sleep
4) positive social connections
5) stress management
6) avoidance of risky substances

So, I would add avoidance of risky substances.

It's long past time to pay teachers more.

When districts gain flexibility to raise teacher salaries, students improve in math & reading. Schools attract better teachers—and they put in more effort.

The quality of our children's education depends on how much we value teachers.

We haven’t lost the capacity to pay attention.

179 studies, 32 countries: on tests of concentration from 1990 to 2021, children didn’t decline—and adults actually improved.

When we want to focus, we can. Our distraction issues are a matter of motivation, not ability.
