🔴 Little pockets of red added by Lissa Rodd on #day11 of #TheBridge 🔴 The Mandarin characters 桥 pronounced 'qiáo' translate to 'bridge'. We like that each of Lissa's additions engage with other art in the space, connecting them in hue back to the Mandarin piece.

Lovely blue thread pieces, added by Asma Hashmi on #day12 of #TheBridge project. This time, Asmaa has taken a #tangled and #interconnected approach to her work, criss-crossing the yarn and playing with different levels of #tautness.

#TheBridge day 18 #fractured #angular interventions by Richard Matthews. Richard has used leftover materials to both #construct and #breakDown form, engaging with the tension of creating in a shared space & forming #connections with surrounding work.

On the final night of #TheBridge Joanna Kidner projected her experimental #animations in the art space. They are inspired by architectural blueprints, suspension and bridge spans as well as the themes of tension and structure explored in Asma Hashmi's threadwork pieces
