Ford UK After two years of waiting for a paintwork issue to be sorted under warranty our patience is now wearing thin. We're now having to resort to social media in hope of a swift resolution. We look forward to your response.

So we bought a brand new van Nov 2020, there is faulty paintwork on the driver's door which we reported & ford have repeatedly ignored our messages. Neither had they reported on it during its routine service. Had it's first MOT today by an independent garage Ford UK fix it NOW!

Van needs washing but you see the faulty paintwork first reported Ford UK 2021 under warranty. No worse but NO GOOD! Your DM requests come to nothing, neither the email addresses you send. No response from your dealership either. Blame passed hither thither Ford Motor Company SORT IT NOW!
