The House is back after committees. Some bills that still need action: - appropriations - BIMP - revenue - bonding - quantum tax credits - Potawatomi land transfer - hemp - cannabis #twill

The House clerk just quickly read the budget bill into the record for 2nd reading. They legally needed the budget to be read a second time before midnight. House can now vote on the spending plan after midnight. 🌙 #twill
