There is an online community where children are being sextorted into self-harm, creating CSAM, animal abuse, and worse. It's a community where 'being the most evil' is the goal. If the latter part sounds childish, well, it is.

A large focus on the group up to now has been its connection to the occult group The Order of Nine Angles. There are aspects of O9A in 764, but a large part of it is aesthetics. A better way to look at this group would be to consider them like gangs. vice.com/en/article/7kx…

There are multiple groups in the community and, while there is overlap, each have their own leaders and there are even rivalries. They groom from all over the internet but keep a particular eye on places where youths are vulnerable.
