1/2 Bought a new iPad and traded my old one in. Apple Support sends you a box for the old device. In the past, the box included a shipping label. Now however, you simply peel off the label used to ship the box to you which reveals the return label.

2/2 Didn’t see that “Peel” and relied on past experience. Called Apple Support and was told I was her third caller with the same issue. Guess I’m not the only one who missed it. Need to make that more clear Apple. Thankfully I realized the problem b/c I almost called again!
