Researchers from Makerere University CEES are disseminating research on the design of a comprehensive visual arts curriculum for preparing secondary school art teachers. Dr. Grace Baguma, ED -National Curriculum Development Centre graced the engagement as Chief Guest. This is a project supported under Research and Innovations Fund (RIF)

On the brink of his retirement after over 35 years of dedicated service to Makerere, Dr. Sallie K. Simba from our Department of Political Science and Public Administration has held a thanksgiving ceremony (Shukur). Dr. Simba, extols Allah for the gift of life, wisdom and grace.

The Director IoDEL, Prof. Paul Birevu Muyinda has been appreciated for his leadership and work done by the IODeL and DICTS during & after the COVID-19 pandemic in scaffolding @makerere in alternative teaching, learning & assessment methods. The remarks were delivered by Umar Kakumba, PhD
