The Houston half marathon today was supposed to be my comeback from race. πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸ¦ 
I was making improvements. Running was possible after EECP. Currently, I’m sitting at home in San Antonio with a bum knee because COVID inflammatory molecules damage cartilage, too. 😫
