Congrats to Penns Valley grad Colton Sands (UNC) and Manheim Township grad Evan Dorenkamp (Oregon) on their outstanding XC seasons, ending at NCAAs today!

Track - What a start to the season! Hempfield Girls 78-MT Girls 72 Hempfield Boys 75-MT Boys 75 * Since both boys’ teams had nine 1st place finishes. Hempfield won the tie-breaker based on eight 2nd place finishes to MT’s seven.

Adam Kingston (Manheim Twp Athletics) finishes strong in the L-L boys 3,200 meter run, clocking 8:58.04. Kingston breaks the meet record of 9:03.10 set by McCaskey’s Nathan Henderson in 2017. It’s also a PR for the Blue Streak senior.
