This definitely could be a double edged sword. It also doesn't fix the issues with using step 1 as a weeding tool. Now residency programs will just shift their attention to step 2 CK as the new weeding tool for residencies.

Just finished my last rotation at Hackensack. Covid caused major changes but but still was lucky to operate with the single port robot and did some robotic IVC thrombectomy. Great experience and great training. Thanks to Mutahar Ahmed and Michael Stifelman

The IVC thrombectomy was MP. We opened the IVC and did vascular graft completely robotic. Will put out a video at some point and share.

I agree with Michael Stifelman and Mutahar Ahmed. Robotic cystectomy has a bright future. OR times are faster than before and with intracorporeal bowel work, there is less manipulation of bowel and mesentery and potentially faster recovery. Hopefully our SP data will be out soon!
