The great Cleo Sylvestre was part of our Soldiers' Son company and most recently The Woman Who. She was going to join the Women and War company. She was the sweetest, humblest, brightest of souls, and a hugely talented artist. Congratulations darling Cleo on a life well lived!

Remembering Lucinda Gane, who passed twenty years ago today. Lucinda and Kay Adshead started Mama Quilla in 1999 She was a brilliant actress. Her husband, the poet Christopher Reid, wrote A Scattering as a tribute to Lucinda and won the Costa Book Award with it in 2009.
