We are just starting to unravel the web of fraud under Governor Tim Walz. BILLIONS of tax dollars have been stolen & more goes out the door every day. We must: ✅verify eligibility of every provider ✅verify eligibility of every recipient ✅measure outcomes Basic due diligence!

Tim Walz last night: “The biggest myth that [Trump] understands business. He's an absolute abject failure at business.” Exactly one year ago today: “[Vance] is a venture capitalist cosplaying like he's a cowboy or something. I don't even know what a venture capitalist does.”

Remember Joe Thompson said that the fraud is so large, we can't prosecute our way out of this. We need everyone to pick up a shovel. In totally unrelated news, Dave Greenman has just left DHS. Who is Dave Greenman? Oh, just the Chief Financial Officer at DHS. (former now)

WATCH: In yesterday's hearing, Chair Robbins questioned the Secretary of State about how many fraudulent voter registrations - stemming from a recent case where two offenders pled guilty to submitting over 500 fraudulent registrations in Minnesota - remain on the voter roll.

WATCH: Chair Robbins asks Secretary of State Steve Simon if he would support a bill requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote. He doesn't. Currently, voters in Minnesota simply attest to their eligibility to vote and don't have to prove citizenship. Chair Robbins:

NEW: This summer, a whistleblower worked with Republicans on the Minnesota House Fraud and Oversight Committee after DHS ignored multiple allegations of fraud against his ICS provider. Specifically, he provided documentation that he was out of state while the provider billed taxpayers for in-person services.

Glad to see DHS is disenrolling 800 inactive providers - but we need to understand why so many were allowed to enroll to begin with. We must have provider eligibility standards AND VERIFICATION.

🚨BREAKING A new Op-Ed by former non-partisan State Auditor Jim Nobles confirms that House DFL Chairs were instructed not to give OLA fraud reports any public hearings, and other officials worked to hide the problem! 👇 startribune.com/mn-government-…

Grateful for A.J. Lagoe exposing this fraud and U.S. Attorney MN prosecuting it. Fraudsters were able to steal millions of taxpayer dollars while agencies failed to stop the fraud, and the governor failed to hold his agencies accountable.

Happy Halloween!🎃 A reminder that reality is sometimes scarier than fiction. Minnesota's Fraud problem has reached over $1 billion, with no accountability from the executive branch. Our committee will keep fighting to expose and stop the fraud!
