In 2006, Michael Mondavi Family Estate acquired #SauvignonBlanc vine cuttings from Oakville’s To Kalon Vineyard, which is thought to be the oldest surviving Sauv Blanc. When the new vineyard was created, we selected the same root stock and trellising used in the 19th century.

#Harvest2019: Our Isabel #Chardonnay grapes are carefully harvested at night and brought into the cellar in the early hours at first light. The grapes are gently transferred to the press where the juice is extracted from the golden nearly translucent grapes.
