The Staff Voice Forum thanks @Profmarcjones and Liz Braithwaite for discussing their research of the impacts of email engagement outside office hours on mental health, productivity, stress levels and wellbeing at our free workshop. @michellejhoward @MMUHPSC

Lots of great feedback gained about the challenges and expectations of checking and replying to emails outside normal office hours and during holidays. Email tools and interventions were shared to ensure good management of the inbox on a regular basis. @michellejhoward @MMUHPSC
