In Science, Year 3 carried out an experiment to understand how light is reflected from an object then into our eyes. They then tested different materials to see which materials were luminous and able to reflect the most light. 🔦☀️#light #science #stem MLmissmockridge

Year 6 had a great laugh and were totally hyped after a visit from Paul Cookson and Liz Million yesterday afternoon. A massive thank-you to you both! MLmissmockridge Mrs Faulkner

Year 6 enjoyed investigating how polar bears have adaptations that allow them to keep warm in such cold temperatures. 🧊 #evolutionandinheritance #Science MLmissmockridge Mrs Faulkner

Year 6💛enjoyed demonstrating the theory of evolution by showing how organisms change over time due to ‘mutation’ or imperfect transmission. We also enjoyed carrying out an investigation on which beak was the most successful at gathering worms. MLmissmockridge Mrs Faulkner
