CYUZUZO Diane sharing some of hurdles in #STEM industry as young CEO & advice to young girls, "The bias I broke is that we were told that we can't do science. I told myself if I can't be a doctor, I will be in tech. To all the young girls in this room, you can #BreakTheBias.

L. Nshuti Mbabazi: Fundamentally, breaking the bias starts at home. The social construct is that 'women belong here & women can't do this'. Women are the best problem solvers. The bias has to start to change from the community level. #ConnektedGirlsHub #YouthConnekt2022

Josephine Nyiranzeyimana: On 50/50 parity in gov position, there has to be action following a decision. Having targets is one thing hit making it possible and encouraging the women to join is another thing. Some lifting still needs to be done on the girls/women side. #ConnektedGirlsHub
