#TipsForNewDocs I saw a pre-op pt, wrote "at acceptable cardiac risk for surgery." Surgeon's office called, requested addendum: "Pt cleared for surgery." I reached out, explained, consensus reached. Whenever possible, choose communication over a chart war! #kittlesonrules
