Had a 4 seater and a 2 seater delivered by Sofology UK in March. They sent sofas that didn’t match, literally 2 unmatched pieces of furniture. Have followed the process via customer service and have been ignored since March 23rd - very poor service. Can someone help please?
DM’d Sofology UK over 1 week ago after they requested me to do they could look into my complaint...my DM still hasn’t even been read. Clearly just tweeted that to give the impression that they actually care about customer service. Honestly joke of a company
