As Dan Hitchens notes, not all hospice doctors are ‘anti’ assisted dying. But the strength of feeling among the hospice workforce about this legislation, and the unintended consequences (for patients, staff and the wider sector) outlined in this piece, can’t be ignored.



This blog by Matthew Doré is beautiful and profound. I don’t know what the answer is to how assisted dying should coexist with palliative (hospice) care, but he makes a strong argument for separation.
