As part of cooperate social responsibility (CSR), today Makerere University Joint AIDS Program handed over conference chairs to the parent department Makerere University College of Health Sciences . The CSR is one of the ways MJAP contributes to teaching/capacity building, research, patient care and community engagement as part of @Makerere

Dr. Fred Semitala, ED Makerere University Joint AIDS Program, and his team representing MJAP at the National TB and Leprosy Science Summit hosted in Kampala. He captivated the audience as he discussed TB preventive therapy for persons living with HIV/AIDS.
Celebrating the completion of an inaugural 8-week online intro course on Imp Sci research that I have co-facilitated with Drs. Katamba and katwesigye Rodgers Makerere University Joint AIDS Program in collab with UCSF School of Medicine under the Infectious Diseases Institute, Makerere University & AFREhealth Official, funded by CDC Africa Mastercard Foundation.
