A2: The hurting humans in our community who aren't ready for support, not enough time to get to know the depths of our students' needs to reach them properly, lack or resources or training to meet those needs once we do understand. It can be overwhelming. #TeachPos

A3: Don't reinvent the wheel. Find the sharers. Find the people who put the wind in your sails. Take time to chat things out with trusted colleagues. Take time to feed your soul, brain, and heart. Have fun with your students while they are learning. Rest + repeat. #TeachPos

A4: We are human. 1st - There is no such thing as perfect. We evolve, education evolves - what is good today may be "old school" tomorrow! Oh - and what works with one class beautifully may flop with the next one. Reflect + see how you can improve. Try it again. #TeachPos

Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Austria for this #TBThursday Sr Fine Arts Trip 2019 was incredible. Our students watched Sound of Music while on a train through Austria, visited highlights + historically significant sites in each country. It's remarkable how grounding that can be.
