Make it make sense…AI, self driving cars, robot deliveries yet….no one gets through a self checkout line without errors, help or quicker. How is it better?

Customer Service Technology strikes again. Has anyone experienced the new pharmacy checkout system at #CVS ? The customer does more work and now it takes twice as long. Don’t get me started on the self checkout and items that require birthdate. #CustomerExperience

Maybe it’s me…I don’t get the people that have phone conversations in public restrooms.
