If we employed a 4.0 GPA grading system but based it on our 100 point numeric system, students who did not submit assignments would be given a negative six. Our 100 point scale is archaic. Recording a zero on a 100 point scale for a missed assignment makes no educational sense.

When your team gets to meet with one of your all-time favorite authors, Elena Aguilar, it takes professional learning to a new level. The opportunity to ask job-embedded questions elevates our capacity to provide better service to our schools. Thanks Elena Aguilar !!!

You say, "When you know better, you do better." But the knowing & doing must be active. The doing is not a magical outcome of knowing. Orgs are full of racism people w/ power KNOW exists & CHOOSE not to abolish. That's an institutional injustice problem, not a knowledge problem.
