VB put 4 in top 6, 7 in top 22 to win the PC/Pontiac Invite! VG put 5 in the top 26, 7 in first 31 to finish 2nd! Open crew collected 10 medals! 14 PR and 7 SB on a 3.05-mile course! Can’t wait for Championship Season!

It would be nice if progress were linear. Every year you average a few more miles, your race times continually get a bit faster. Running rarely goes that way for most people. We’re not perfect. We get injured or burned out. Life gets in the way. Motivation lost. And that’s ok.

In honor of Dakota Welch, this weeks football game theme is switched to BLUE OUT. Blue was Dakota’s favorite color, and it also represents suicide awareness. Dakota had an amazing heart, spread the Lord’s word, and was a very good friend to many. Rest In Peace Dakota💙💙💙

It’s been a tough week. Our athletes have been so thoughtful, selfless, caring, & compassionate. And they stepped up today, despite being mentally, physically, & emotionally exhausted. We are so proud of how they competed, but more importantly, how they have represented MCHS.

Regionals!! Girls qualified to Sectionals, Boys are pretty sure we qualified. We are still waiting for the results to get finalized after the system shut down after the 15th runner finished. But on the 5th unofficial version, we qualified.
