Hello Fellow Cougars! congratulations to our two students for winning the #WelcomeHomeMCC social media contest with the most likes over Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram over this last week!

This week's competition will be about how you celebrate Constitution Day. All you have to is take a selfie celebrating #MCC_ConstitutionDay. The student winner of the contest will win $100 to the MCC bookstore. Faculty/Staff winner will get MCC swag from OSA.

For those of you who don't know, Constitution Day is the day that the United States Constitution was signed (September 17, 1787). There are so many ideas as to how you can celebrate it!

Some of the ideas that we came up with are, you could register to vote if you haven't already or you could read the United States Constitution itself to get ideas (it's not that bad since it's only a few pages). Here is a link to it constitution.congress.gov/constitution/.

For those of you who are interested in musicals, you could also listen to the soundtrack for Hamilton as Alexander Hamilton along with John Jay and James Madison wrote a total of 85 essays to defend it. Please let us know if you have any questions. Good luck!
