2nd CDC Set to Open in 2025

MCCSLejeune-NewRiver will soon begin renovations on AS-207, which will house 82 more childcare spaces on MCAS New River. The new CDC will also feature a host of robust security features, new lighting, carpet and more.

The Marine Corps has returned MV-22s to flight following the Naval Air Systems Command’s announcement that deemed the aircraft safe to fly, and will now execute a deliberate, three-phase plan to return all MV-22 squadrons to full capability.
