Delta airlines is a travesty. Last night I arrived 6 hours late and my luggage was lost. The line to file notice of missing luggage was a mile long with only a single Delta representative. I still have no idea where my luggage is or when it will be delivered.

Further on this debacle: it's impossible to talk with anyone about where the missing luggage is or when/whether it will ever be delivered. A shrieking absurdity of an airline with zero concern for its passengers.
