2 people were arrested at a chaotic school board meeting in Loudoun County, VA after parents protested "critical race theory" and a policy to identify trans students using their correct pronouns. Only 1 in 5 trans students are called by correct pronouns at school, says HRC.

8th grade FACS students learning team work and creative problem solving, using “The Boat Challenge.” Results were so impressive that I ran out of paper clips to use to measure how much weight their boats could hold! Kenmore MS #CTE #FACS

Our kitchen “crime scene.” Students were asked to find at least 20 kitchen safety mistakes. They are now creating presentations, using their detective skills and their immeasurable creativity, to solve the mystery of what happened to the gingerbread person. Kenmore MS #FACS
