4/23 730AM TPD responded to #MBTA Prudential where an unknown male smashed out the exit door window pane with an unknown object. Incident to be investigated.

Trackless Trolley (1967) & #MBTA bus (1950/51?)

4/19 3PM West Street Walpole. TPD Offs responded to a truck vs. #MBTA bridge. No injuries reported, operator stated he did not realize the low clearance. Truck towed from scene.

Preliminary Investigation suggests at the Hale Street Crossing in Beverly an 80y/o driver of a 2020 Camry ignored the flashing lights, audible alarm & drove around crossing gate onto tracks and was struck by #MBTA CR train. Driver transported to hospital unknown injury.

4/13 8PM #MBTA Lechmere TPD officers arrested a 59y/o Malden man for Indecently Assaulting a wheelchair bound female on board an MBTA bus. We applaud the victim for speaking out & reporting this incident to TPD.

4/13 10AM Washington/Stuart TPD responded to a bus vs. MV accident. 2 reported injuries- bus operator & a passenger both Non-life threatening. Operator of 2021 Suburban denied medical. Incident under investigation by TPD. Chevy towed from scene.

4/12 2PM a TPD officer on patrol at #MBTA Mass Ave was informed by the victim a male was just exposing himself onboard an OL train & rubbed up against her. The man, 66 of Cambridge, was placed into custody & transported to TPDHQ for the arrest booking process.

4/10 12:15AM Fitchburg Line between Cambridge & Belmont unknown person/s left a boat on the right of way. An #MBTA commuter rail train did strike the boat. No injuries were reported & no damage to train. TPD Detectives to follow up.

4/5 9PM Commonwealth/Lake Street the operator of an 09 Honda was confused by the traffic pattern and ended on the #MBTA GL tracks. TPD responded, removed the vehicle and restored service. Operator was not injured.

4/6 11AM Columbia at Intervale an #MBTA bus operator requested 2 male juveniles pay their fare. The operator was set upon & assaulted. An area search by dedicated TPD officers located both juveniles who were placed into custody. Transported to TPDHQ for the arrest booking process

4/4 4PM TPD Offs on patrol at #MBTA Ruggles came upon 2 female victims who were just assaulted by means of a firearm. Based on a description & coordinated efforts w/BPD a 13y/o male was observed a distance away & positively ID'd. Weapon/replica firearm recovered. Juve arrested.

4/2 3PM #MBTA Revere Beach male juvenile via a social media app agreed to sell a Gucci belt to a party unknown to him. Once at station the victim was set upon & robbed of his belongings to include the belt. Transit Police detectives are investigating the incident.

4/3 5PM #MBTA Haymarket. 42y/o male watching an X rated video on his cellphone while committing a lewd act. TPD officer interrupted & other passengers came forward as witnesses. Subject removed and will be criminally charged in the Boston Municipal Court-Central Division.
