5/4 6pm #MBTA South Station excellent police work by an observant TPD officer disrupts illicit drug transaction. Various narcotics seized, 2 adult males arrested. Both subjects also had outstanding arrest warrants. Transported to TPDHQ for booking.

5/7 10PM TPD responded to a trolley vs. MV accident in the 1800 block of Beacon Street-Brookline. NO injuries reported, 31y/o operator of 2022 Subaru turned left into trolley against the light. Operator was also unlicensed. Vehicle towed, driver cited, scene cleared. #MBTA

5/8 1245pm #MBTA Porter Sq. a dedicated veteran TPD officer recovered a stolen bike worth 2,000$ from a 36y/o Boston man who was also in possession of buglarious tools. The SP also had numerous warrants out for his arrest. SP Transported to TPDHQ for the arrest/booking process

5/9 540pm Arlington at 6th Street in Chelsea: TPD responded for a MV on #MBTA CR tracks. The operator stated she was following Waze's directions & couldn't see well and ended up on the tracks. NO injuries reported. V towed from scene & tracks were inspected/cleared.

5/13 6PM E. Broadway St South Boston a juvenile upon exiting an #MBTA bus w/out provocation spit at the operator & proceeded to kick the bus door shattering the window. TPD officers located the juvenile at the South Bay Mall & placed him into custody. Parent notified.

5/15 950PM TPD responded to Porter/Canton St. grade crossing Stoughton for a train vs. MV A preliminary invest suggests the safety waring system was functioning properly & fully engaged. Driver of a 2019 Jaguar stated they did not notice & was struck. NO injury. citation issued.

5/16 PM #MBTA Back Bay TPD responded to citizen concerns of SP male engaged in drug activity. Officers approached SP attempted to flee. Ultimately the male was in possession of suspected heroin, various pills. Drugs were seized, he taken into custody & trans to TPDHQ for booking
