In a challenge by a Brentnall Legal client today, the High Court ruled that the PSNI had no power of entry into private dwellings under the Coronavirus regulations. It also declared that fixed penalty notices without sufficient particularisation were unlawful and were quashed.

It would appear that this is an issue which requires significant investigation. In a separate case our office have requested the Attorney General direct an Inquest is held into a death, on the basis that it was vaccine related, having been previously refused by the Coroner.
