Yes it's to protect against facial recognition and doxxing, but it's also to keep communities safe from COVID.

even IF milk products are actually safe in terms of H5N1, those who are able to should be boycotting this industry. they are manufacturing the conditions for a whole pandemic for their profits. they are endangering everyone, starting with their workers.

Finding H5N1 bird flu (though presumibly inactivated via pasteurization) in the grocery store milk supply does not fill me with confidence that we have this situation under control at the moment.

I'm not worried about H5N1 transmission to humans (yet) but the Dept. of Agriculture pathetic lack of transparency, how long it took for the genomes to be released, lack of testing asymptomatic cattle......
